Do I pay per lesson or in advance?
Modules or individual lessons must be booked in advance. You may book multiple modules or individual lessons at a time. Payment is made securely through the website, and you will receive your booking email within 24 hours. You can then choose and book lessons whenever it suits you.

What happens if I can’t make a lesson?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your lesson. After that point, the lesson is forfeited.
Refunds are available for any booked individual lessons (not part of a module) as long as they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons that form part of a module are only refundable if you have not yet taken the first lesson of that module.

How quickly can I get started?
Check the availability calendar to see open slots. Once you’ve purchased a module, you can book into any available time – many students start within just a few days.
